A small number of customers are currently experiencing an issue with TeamHub, which is preventing employees at locations with clock-in via facial recognition from clocking-in. Our team is currently investigating this issue and will issue a fix as soon as possible. If your device(s) is impacted, we recommend managers manually record clock-in/out times in TeamLive until this issue is resolved.
