We have resolved the issues causing intermittent downtime on our Talent Acquisition and Workforce Management platforms. These issues were caused by downtime of AWS CloudSearch, which occurred on September 23, and which caused several downstream effects.

Harri is experiencing intermittent issues across the Workforce Management and Talent Acquisition modules due to an issue with AWS CloudSearch. Our team is working to resolve this issue.
